Mallo Cup Macaroons

Ingredients:
- 20 Mallo Cups
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large egg whites (room temp)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz. sweetened shredded coconut
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites and salt until they make medium peaks. Carefully fold egg whites into your coconut mixture.
- Drop your batter onto sheet pants with an ice cream scoop or large tablespoon.
- Bake macaroon cookies for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Press Mallo Cup candies into the center of the cookies while they are still warm.
